www.saromalifestylestudio.com offers you a replacement or refund of product(s) purchased on www.saromalifestylestudio.com, which means that you can ask for replacement or refund of the product(s), subject to following terms and conditions:
1. You can ask for replacement or refund of product(s) within 7 Days of product(s) delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product(s).
2. Whether to replace or refund will be final decision of www.saromalifestylestudio.com.
3. In case of replacement, same product can be given or will replace by any other product of same nature or value in case of out of stock.
4. Replacement or refund is offered for the product(s) sold by www.saromalifestylestudio.com only.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement/refund if:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging with the product at the time of delivery;
Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

Replacement/Refund Policy
We have a very simple replacement/Refund policy.
If you have received a damaged/defective product(s), please e-mail us your order number [sent to you via e-mail after ordering] along with an image of the damaged/defective product(s) received within 7 Days of receiving the product(s) at info@saromalifestyle.com with Subject as “Return: Damaged/Defective – Order Number.
Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We will provide instructions for the replacement/refund procedure.
We shall send you a replacement within 7 working days.
